Heidi Klippel is an estate planning/corporate attorney. Ms. Klippel founded the Law Offices of Heidi Klippel in 2003. Prior to founding her own law practice, Ms. Klippel worked as an associate estate planning attorney for a boutique estate planning law firm located in San Diego, California. Ms. Klippel began her legal career as a corporate attorney. While attending law school, Ms. Klippel was honored with the Dessent Corporate Scholarship. This scholarship is presented to one graduating law school student in recognition of achieving academic honors in corporate, business and contract law.
Heidi Klippel is a San Diego native. She attended the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts. Ms. Klippel obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego (“USD”), graduating Magna Cum Laude. USD is a private school located in San Diego, California. Ms. Klippel founded and was acting president of a United Nations mock debate team. The debate team competed in Chicago, Illinois, and Buena Park, California. Ms. Klippel was a member of Phi Delta Kappa, USD’s pre-law fraternity. Ms. Klippel’s
collegiate academic profile and biography were published in a national
publication, The National Dean’s List.

Ms. Klippel received the Phi Theta Kappa Society international
scholastic academic honors award and was inducted into the Kappa
Gamma Pi National Honor Society. The society inducts one graduating
student each year in recognition of their overall undergraduate
academic achievement. Thanks to the William Randolph Hearst
Foundation, Ms. Klippel’s undergraduate education was funded primarily by private scholarship.

Having a legal career in mind, Ms. Klippel has worked for
various law firms since the young age of fourteen. Ms. Klippel has enjoyed
an exciting career appearing as a guest radio talk show host on a local
radio station 1170 am. The talk show addressed estate planning and financial
planning issues. Ms. Klippel taught a Business Law class as an adjunct
college professor at the San Diego Christian Heritage College. Ms. Klippel
was on the Board of Directors of KIT “Kids Included Together”, a non-profit
group focused on raising money to assist placing children with special needs
in public schools.

Ms. Klippel obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from California
Western School of Law. California Western School of Law is an
accredited private law school located in San Diego, California.
Graduating within the top one-third of her graduating class, Ms.
Klippel concentrated her law school studies in the areas of estate
and tax planning and corporate / business / contract law.

Ms. Klippel lives in San Diego, California, with her husband, Eric
Klippel. Eric Klippel is also a small business owner and owns a general
contracting business. The Klippels thoroughly enjoy traveling and
learning about other cultures. Their most recent vacation to Costa Rica
was one full of adventure and sightseeing! Costa Rica is a country rich
with adventure if you’re interested in hiking, wild life, repelling,
scuba diving and lots more! |
